start from the idea:

$ cvc co <package_name>
$ sed /Buldrequires=*./Buldrequires=[]/g
$ cvc cook
$ copypaste Buildrequires
$ yes | cvc commit -m "remove obsoletes requires"

this for each package on fl:2-devel .... uff its hard  :(
