#FL-2335: I've added an r.Replace in the beagle recipe, so that
/etc/xdg/beagled-autostart.desktop does not autostart beagled by default
now. The user can switch it back on in the 'System -> Preferences ->
Startup Applications' dialog.

#FL-2337: As with beagle, I've added an r.Replace in the gnome-do
recipe, which should have the effect that Gnome DO:

1) Does not start by default (Hidden=true)
2) Now honors the user's autostart settings in the Gnome DO preferences.

Note that TForsman's update to Gnome DO 0.8.3.1 should also have
resolved the CPU hogging behavior seen with 0.8.2.
