Hello,

this is a problem between the repos hosted at repo1.maven.org/maven2 and 
repo1.maven.org/eclipse. Because at both are artifacts for eclipse but 
on the maven repo only older and at the eclipse repo the current ones.

With this the ranges doesn't seems to work. For this reason the 
Fornax-repo provides all needed deps. The intresting question is what 
dependency queries the maven repo to get the equinox stuff. I thought I 
have changed all poms to avoid this.
