Me exprese mal, en la licencia 
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/j2re-1_4_2_10-license.txt dice que Sun te da 
licencia sin costo para usar la J2RE para correr programas. Tambien dice que la 
podes usar para diseñar, desarrollar y testear. Pone condiciones, que no la 
modifiques...

limited license without fees to reproduce and
