Actually, the fga package does provide a method for IsomorphismFpGroup for automorphism groups of free groups, see http://www.gap-system.org/Manuals/pkg/fga/htm/CHAP002.htm#SECT004 Abdulsatar, in a private mail you also asked about IsomorphismFpGroup for automorphism groups of free groups. Here you are asking about the automorphism group of free *abelian* groups. I'm sorry to inform you that the fga package doesn't handle that case. If you're also interested in the non-abelian case and have trouble there, please give me details about your problems.
