Di kantor saya ada hub CISCO yang rusak (kemungkinan akibat badai petir beberapa minggu lalu) dan harus dikirim balik ke cisco (Amrik) untuk diganti dengan yang baru. Mungkin ada rekan2 yang pernah kirim balik begini?
