I think the following additional functions would be very useful for the scripting interface:
- a way to write to the search results output via script - a way to set the log parsing scheme via script so that script output can be parsed in the same way as the output from a compiler - a way to get and set the caret position via the character position in the file rather than the x,y coordinates - a way to get the selection start and end caret position (in x,y or character position) - an "ecFind" command for the find interface with ability to set options (e.g. direction, list, case sensitivity, etc.) If anyone knows a way to do any of these things with the current script api, please let me know. -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,34779,34779> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
