What is the proper way how to report bugs? On the forum page, it sayst that bug reports should go to this Bug Report forum. But PsPad has also a menu entry Help/ErrorReport, which, when clicked, generates a mail template for a bug report mail to be sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
It would be reasonable to assume that both ways of bug reporting are equivalent; but I have sent 3 bug reports using the mail feature, and never received any answer; so I wonder whether bugs reported in that way are read at all (and aren't answered because of lack of time), or whether they end up in the bit bucket...
