Hello, I have exactly the same problem than dozern (with v4.5.5 build 2374). It seems that PSPad does not detect when files are modified on network folder.
It is particularly annoying when working with several users on same files because PSPad does not prevent that file has been modified. I hope it could be fixed in a future release.
