Hi, I noticed that you require reboots for an installation -- this, for a text editor.
I have been using Vim as my default editor for a long time, simply because its target-impact is so low. In those places where I do a clean install of an editor when I go to customer's sites, rebooting is _*NOT*_ an option. Typically it will be a Windows 2003 Server performing some customer function - maybe even a SCADA system which should *not* be shutdown. But I like the idea of PSPad where it keeps track of files last opened - great for when I visit a customer site infrequently. Please re-evaluate what you think you require here: DLLs, etc. Let me know what you think.
