I am a PSPad user for over 10 years. Crashes are more frequent now than in versions 4.0. And now the insertion of strange symbols is very common. I work in PHP and Jscript. What I have been able to observe is that the strange symbols are inserted 90% of the time where there is a closing bracket } The error is random. Sometimes they insert themselves, by magic. Sometimes when saving the document. Sometimes when switching tabs.
I find that inserting symbols is more common when working on ANSI documents Today I'm going to download version 4.2 and hope those bugs go away.
