I hope I'm not outside the T13 topic, but my question targets ATAPI protocol and running mode. I'd like to know the official way to write data on a write once support, with ATAPI commands. As queued commands are not supported, the way to proceed is to wait the write is finished before sending the following. What delay (in ms ? in micro sec ?) do I have between the device has written data on the support, and the next write command I can send ? My concern is that, the disc (CD-R, DVD-R or whatever) is still running.and I don't know how the proptocol is managing this. Thanks for your reply. Gilles Molli�
