Thanks for the answers to my previous questions.
I have one more.
The host adapter spec. allows the host dma to transfer more data
than the number programmed in the sector count register.

When the device has received the number of words programmed in the sector 
count register, it will de-asset DMARQ. But the host controller may not see 
end of transfer and as a result the device may
end up receiving 2 to 3 extra words (depending on the UDMA mode) ?
Does the device treat this as an error condition ? Or does it
just discard these words ?
