Hi Hale, The folks at Absolute.com (Phil) have a strong desire to use HPA extentions for security and property tracking. So if there is now space remaining, they would find it desirable. Again one of the key issues to PARTIES is the effects DCO has on finding the BEER sector. There appears to be N-wise usage of HPA/DCO/PARTIES at the 28-bit barrier. Regardless if will be fun to sort the follies.
