[t13] SATA Layer

So now that T13 has voted to include SATA-1 in the ATAPI-7 specification, is T13 free to make changes to it or does everything need to be approved by SerialATA group?  Not only cosmetic but technical also?  Just curious....   gary laatsch [EMAIL PROTECTED]
