FWIW, the information given in T10 was that this shouldn't affect
the day to day operations of the technical committees, T10 (and
I assume T11 and T13) dues shouldn't go up, but INCITS
membership dues will go up substantially. As Pete said, you are
not required to be a member of INCITS to be a member of a
technical committee (i.e., T13).
