I would like to encourage people that are making letter ballot comments on EDD-3 to use PDF comments. I can import the comments into the PDF file and we can address letter ballot comments during the meeting next week by reviewing a single document with all the PDF comments. I think it will make things go more smoothly.
Those of you that have E-Mailed me comments, I have already incorporated them in the PDF.
