The READ (or WRITE) SECTORS command *should* be defined as having the
exact same functionality as a READ (or WRITE) MULTIPLE command when
the current multiple is one. In other words, a READ (or WRITE)
SECTORS command overrides the current multiple value and makes it one
during the execution of the READ/WRITE SECTORS command. (You would be
surprised how many people don't understand this relationship between
READ/WRITE SECTORS and READ/WRITE MULTIPLE.)
