At today's T13 meeting, this was discussed: (e.g. overlaping ATAPI cmds
using the Service/Release protocol)

The general concensus was that it be dropped for ATAPI, but keeping it for
queued DMA.

No action was taken, but an official proposal will be forthcoming to give
adequate
public  notice and time for comment.

Does anyone know if ATAPI overlap and queuing are used?  If not this would
be a good opportunity to obsolete them.
