Two brief comments on T10/04-262r5:
Now you have T_Dir, can protocols 4/5 (pio-in/out) and
10/11 (udma in/out) be collapsed onto pio and udma ?
The protocol numbers in paragraph 4.1.7 need to be updated (possibly more
so, if you see merit in the above simplification.)
