I believe I have incorporated all the letter ballot comments
as agreed at the December T13 meeting. The letter ballot comment resolutions
are currently posted in DT1701r3c. The updated doc is DT1501r4. Please review
these docs to make sure that the letter ballot comments have been correctly
addressed. If you find something that needs correcting, it would help if you
