E04132r1 was partially implemented in ATA8-ACSr2, because
there was a conflict between the approved proposal and ATA8-ACSr1f in the usage
of IDENTIFY DEVICE data word 86 bit 15. I have assigned IDENTIFY DEVICE data
words 119/120 bit 4 to indicate that Segmented DOWNLOAD MICROCODE is supported
