Mark               Currently there is no replacement for the work in PARTIES.  Since this is being used in systems today, I expect that keeping it for another 5 years will not be an issue.  EDD is a good example of something that can be withdrawn since EDD-2 embodies the information and adds extensions.       ------------------------------------------------- Curtis E. If we vote to renew a standard now, can we vote early to withdraw it later?   I ask because there was some interest in PARTIES for use in SAT, but it was deferred to SAT-2 and that project won't be picking up until SAT-1 is done.
