[t13] SMART WRITE LOG - count value

For SMART WRITE LOG Command (D6h), the Count register denotes the number
of sectors to be written. However, the ATA spec does not state whether
or not this count is zero (0) based (e.g. 0 == 1 sector) or whether or
not 0 == 65535 sectors. Can someone please clarify this?
