According to clause 8.9.2 on page 100, the DEVICE RESET command is use prohibited when the PACKET Command feature set is not implemented, but this command is mandatory when the PACKET Command feature set is implemented. Shall bit 9 of words 82 and 85 be fixed to 0 in the IDENTIFY DEVICE information to indicate the use prohibition of the DEVICE RESET command for devices not implementing the PACKET Command feature set? Shall bit 9 of words 82 and 85 be fixed to 1 in the IDENTIFY PACKET DEVICE inofrmation to indicate that the DEVICE RESET command is mandatory for devices implementing the PACKET Command feature set?
