Title: RE: [t13] Shall bit 9 of words 82 and 85 be fixed to 0 in the IDENTIFY DEVICE information

Proposal e06125r0 includes that change to IDENTIFY PACKET DEVICE; it doesn't try to change IDENTIFY DEVICE (which would also make sense to me).

According to the April 2006 minutes, T13 accepted the proposal for ATA8-ACS2 rather than ATA8-ACS. I don't know why they don't want to incorporate it sooner.
