I did my last bug report on the Protel homepage

After less than a week, I received a message from Protel the attachment 
didn't made the way to them. I replyed the mail and some days later I got 
the confirmation of the bug.

So I can't confirm the statement "and there never is (a response)".
I haven't made a report via e-mail (to witch address anyway?), maybee there 
is you statement true.
