Further to the discussion on the 3DViewer in doing a little testing with a
server to see if I could change the component height attribute of a
component (not available through the change component dialog) I found a few
bugs:
1) disappearing parts of the view after a number of rotations, zooms etc
until ultimately the view is empty.
2) Some components are shown on the top side even though they are actually
on the bottom side. (The CAN10 footprint supplied in one of the Protel
libs is one example).
Dunno what versions of OpenGL/drivers etc I am using. Graphics card is a
nVidia TNT2 32MB of some sort.
I only write this email for completeness - I actually do not give a stuff
about the 3DViewer except insofar as it wastes Protel programmers time on
more productive pursuits.
