Find the symbol RESPACK1. In the list of symbols in the Schematic Library, 
right-click on RESPACK1 and select Copy.

In your custom library, right-click in the symbol list and select Paste.

Rename the part to what you like, such as RESPACK4.

Using the part buttons, move to part 8.

Execute Tools/Remove_Part four times.

Edit each of the four remaining parts to change pins 16, 15, 14, and 13 to 
pins 8, 7, 6, 5.

Assign an appropriate footprint

Save the library. Done.
