Good one, Brian.
Do you feel like adding it to the yahoo groups file list? Make a zip file,
adding a readme making sure everyone knows that you did it.
Is the program compiled or interpreted - do users need QBasic? Others can
place it there for you but it is better if you do so - as your name appears
in the list.
(There is already a converter there but I have never used it so dunno if it
does half-tones.)
