This was sent by me to Protel and confirmed by Protel Support:
> If one brings up the Rename Component dialog, but *no* changes are made to
> the name and then OK is clicked, the component is renamed as WHATEVER -
> DUPLICATE (where WHATEVER is the (unmodified) footprint name).
The rename does not occur if the Cancel button is clicked (or Esc hit).
It is only a minor thing but irritating. Will get added to the bug
database at some stage.
