This is a problem with Wizard SMT footprint creation in general. It's
fairly apparent that whoever finally approved the Wizard was never forced
to actually use it. It is typically necessary to sit down and manually
calculate the dimensions that the Wizard wants instead of just feeding it
data from the mfr. information. It's usually easier to bypass the Wizard
and build the footprint directly.
