Dear.

I try to test a moving base RTK for my test-bed with RTKlib.

Our goal is that two moving receivers(has 2m error receiver) exchange the
GPS data

and increase their accuracy to less than ~2m error by some kind of "moving
base RTK function"

Today someone said, the "moving base RTK" accuracy is based on the base
station's accuracy.

so , if two receivers have 2m accuracy and even they have moving base
function..their accuracy can not be higher than 2m.

is this correct?
