My partner company in Italy developed some weeks before a special "fork" of RTKLIB which contained a parser for the NVS proprietary "BINR" message protocol (under NDA of NVS). This was the "natural" enhancement for its NV08C-CSM breakout boards: http://www.onetalent-gnss.com/ideas/usb-hw-receivers/denga10 A bit later, by publishing the 3rd beta of the new RTKLIB version 2.4.2, BINR support was implemented in the official RTKLIB. There are several developers and manufacturers of NV08C-CSM based boards and/or complete devices now.
