Sounds great, So is there any takers for paper on "FOSS and software license." or say "FOSS legal issues" . BTW, my recommendation would be this should be not that techy and presented in very very simple language. So that the Users can also understand about it rather than only core FOSS developers.

Many people are unaware of the various licensing issues while
using/creating/(whatever) the open source products.
further GPLv3 (GPL version 3 ) and CDDL are Hot topics these days.
