thats true, we lack foss projects but main thing that we lack is not money, or man power.
we lack sustainable foss project ideas that are really useful. Outlines Research & Development is a small non-profitable group of developers, currently we have 3 developers, 1 manager, 1 administrator, all working voluntarily. If you have any project ideas, especially web based.and that supports development, we are ready to incubate your project in any form as we can ( technically and logistically ). Ruby on rails can be a good start and I am hoping to find a good resource persons on it.
