I prefer the management of school and colleges... lets aware them ..why they need FOSS...why need migration...msoffice to openoffice , * to GNU/linux ... Basic to GNU/Basic, .NET to Mono ....
I dare to say at least, school college are the best place to begin. The addiction with proprietary software is a cancer for FOSS movement. FOSS successes counts on enduser. Lets go ahead.
