Deepak Ji,
Although your question was directed to Khatiwada Ji, let me try to
answer some of your queries:

Sorry no records as such. But anyway what has the number of PCs
installed with NepaLinux got to do with deploying NepaLinux in
government run schools? NepaLinux users may be very low in urban areas
where its need might not be that crucial. But generalizing on these
figures might be misleading and not actually trying to understand the
role of localized software.

So far the small support team at MPP is providing the necessary
technical advice and help through phone calls, emails, forums and
personal solicitations.

Not yet. So far just Free and Open support only.

Since you are interested in figuring out the feasibility of using
NepaLinux or other OS in government run schools, it might be useful for
us to meet and discuss a session on this at MPP.
