well displaying ur  pages of php ..i guesshere is a simple idea...host ur
php pages in some ip. simply open the page using opra or some browser..and
here we have ur page in ur mobile...

as for sttoring data form mobile to oracle/mysql...i guess it's also easy as
well..make a php page that will meet ur requirement ( and simply open the
web page in ur mobile and start inputting)

i think u do'nt need j2me coding for both
