arr... sorry i was not clear. there is an option in J2ME to connect to the internet from your mobile using BLUETOOTH usb connected to your computer with internet access. Your cell must have bluetooth. then using bluetooth you can connect to internet or any computer network accessable from your computer .
then Host a web server in your hom computer.
