Dear All, I am very pleased to know that school like Brihaspati Vidya Sadan is about to switch to FOSS. I would be pleased if I can be part of install fest. I can be useful for Lab setup and Linux Installation.
My suggestion to u guys, are: 1. use Bhiraspati Vidya Sadan's Lab for Install fest. So, that students can have practice one the same time (Parallel) as we will be teaching them how to install. 2. We will not have to manage separate man power for for setting up the Lab. If the install fest succeeds, then we have to move to other schools. I will be always there, if you are teaching school students the FOSS topics. Because, once a student be used to to any OS and s/w tools, it will be very hard to migrate to other. Please, Conform the date as soon as possible, because I have to take leave on that date.
