The break mentioned here could have worked best if it were days, not
minutes. that way, prospective trainees wont be put off because they
cannot "afford" 3 days on the trot. Maybe if the days are spaced, so
that at least 1 or maybe even more days are holidays. The trainees
could then not worry about bunking classes or leaving office for the
whole period.

And ya the idea rocks.
