Hi Rajesh, I'm glad to hear that wikifest is being organized soon. i wish you all the best for its success. T-Shirt distribution is a good idea for brining more contributors to the nepali wikipedia.
But we have to keep in mind that the success of a wikipedia depends on the core contributors. In most of the wikipedias 75% of the contribution is done by 5% of the contributors which we can consider as core contributors. what i strongly believe is that formation of a local chapter of wikipedia in nepal could create such group of core contributors. what i understand is the local chapter of wikipedia would be similar to FOSS Nepal, a kind of not for profit organization focused to contribute and promote wikipedia in nepali languages. what is your idea about it? i hope you will talk about it in the upcoming wikifest.
