Hello to all, Me and Subir Dai, were discussing about what are the challenges and opportunities in deploying OSS in Nepal for a presentation to be given in front of the policy makers. In the process we thought that it would be a much better option to have a thread to brainstorm more arguments, other that the ethical and the cost factors.
So guys, all who can, lets pitch in and find out the answer to the question so that when Subir Dai presents in front of the policy makers, he can hit them with solid and powerful arguments. Hoping to have loads and loads of reply to this thread.
