The language pack for GNU/Linux distributions like Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, openSUSE can be found here: http://nepalinux.org/downloads/nepali-langpack-1.0.tar.gz It contains Nepali translations (.mo files) for GNOME, Nepali fonts, Nepali locale, Nepali keyboard layout, etc. But the translations are quite old and are yet to be updated online although we've already submitted the latest translations (.po files) for GNOME 2.20 upstream.
