This is really a shameful thing that the state owned corporation could do
such a ridiculus thing like banning the second most important protocol ftp.


Internet is not just WEB. It goes far boyond port 80.

If they(NTC) can't maintain the bandwidth of their own, its their own
problem.

They shouldn't be blocking and banning protocols because of their own
inability to manage their own system. If the engineers can't manage this,
NTC should fire them and hire the ones who can solve the problem of ftp.
This looks like putting their fault over the users and depriving the users
with the Internet services.

Hoping that they will come up with the solution soon.
