Dear all, This is my first post on FOSS NEPAL,
I haven't read all the posts of NTC ADSL but can guess reading some of the latest post on NTC ADSL.... Since it is NAT service given through pppoe and they might forget or don't know or might be not intended to provide ftp service through ADSL.... In technically, they had not loaded ftp module while NATTING on their firewall. As I heard from some technical person of NTC they are going to lunch high speed 512 to 2mbps and the ftp service will be enabled on high speed. Since the service is cheap so users are forced to use only limited internet access only web viewing as they already told....not for browsing...
