NTC adsl was never been cheap, As i remember you can browse previous post of mr. Bipin regarding ntc adsl myth or something.. anyway currently it's cheap, comparative to other ISP's internet. So far i came to know. It's never been possible to download torrent from ntc's ADSL ( in reference to one of my friend with ADSL internet.), but torrent download was working when i tested last time. what about youtube video?
