Dear Hem Pal and FOSSIANS, Library Community in Nepal is Celebrating First "*LIBRARY DAY*" on *Bhadra 15, 2065 [August 31, 2008].* Slogan for this year is *"Library for All"*. The Library Community would like to celebrate the "*LIBRARY DAY*" with wide participation. Since Library is related to all walks of life, especially student community, hence would like to request for the participation of FOSS community too. Library community would also like to learn Nepalinux and unicode like common things.
