I, myself, have been a KDE user for long time now and a strong admirer of KHTML. Though i use firefox for web browsing, KHTML is a very mature rendering engine I believe. Konqueror has many a times performed better than I initially expected even surpassing that of firefox.
Definitely, there are problems. But it seems that KDE developers haven't done enough to make it a proper web browser.
